Initiate Your Request
Log into your ReNu account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping mailer to help us minimize environmental impact.
Drop Off Locally
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
